  We got carpet put down in 2 bedrooms of our home about 3 years ago. The sales associate, Mike Tomlinson, took time to show us about a dozen carpets that would stand the test of time (having 2 children and a dog). Honestly, we wouldn't have remembered Mike's name after several years, but unfortunately we recently had a flood in our home and had to replace the carpeting in the rooms. We returned to Carpet Empire and found Mike, ready to assist AGAIN! He helped us find a new carpet and was even able to help us on the price as we were return customers. The new carpet has been installed and it looks and feels GREAT.
